I started 138 days ago to eat only two times a day and now my weight is normal again. Progress from 104.1 kg to 92. Sure, I will not stop here, but I wanted to share this with you, in case you need motivation for a similar issue.
I used 3 charts to track my progress: a traditional one - on a wall in my room, the Mi Fit application and loseit.com (I used only to record my weight almost daily). It was a real help because I was connected to my goal all the time.
Now, it's time to add some sport activities... I am really bad at sports and I'm tired of it. Any advice? (Note: I'm 31 yo, 1.92 m and i can't do a single correct push up.)
